Online Booking and Prescription Refills

Please use the form below to book a consult, vaccination, nurse consult, or refill a prescription.

Important information regarding our online booking:

This online booking platform is currently only available to existing clients with small animals. If you are a new client, or cannot find your account, please call us on 02 6884 9900 to schedule your pet's appointment.

If you have any really unwell pets, and/or vomiting and diarrhoea please DO NOT book online and call the clinic.

Online booking is also unavailable for birds, pocket pets, and reptiles, and NO LITTER vaccinations or surgeries to be booked online. Please call the clinic if you are trying to book for any of these circumstances.

Prescription refills:

If you require a medication refill please give us a few days at least notice to ensure the medication you require is available.

Please note that this is NOT a consult for you to attend. Should you have any questions, please call us directly.

Please state in the Reason for this appointment all known details regarding the Medication name, strength, quantity and dosage instructions. But don’t worry, If we have any questions we will contact you.

If you have not seen a Vet within 6 months for this pet it is a requirement prior to medication being re-dispensed. If not, please book an appointment.
